How do I download the KidiConnect application onto my Smart phone?
Answer
To download the KidiConnect application onto your smart phone, make sure your child's device is registered. During registration you and your child will both receive a KidiConnect ID. Download the VTech KidiConnect app from the app centre of your mobile device. It can be found on the App Store for Apple products or the Google Play Store for Android. Launch the app on your mobile device and log in with your KidiConnect ID.
